Refund & Return Policy

ProbSolvGadgets LLC wants customers to have clear expectations regarding returns and refunds.

1.Physical Products

Unless a product-specific policy states otherwise, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The product should generally be:

Unused;
In saleable condition;
Returned with original accessories where reasonably possible; and
Returned with proof of purchase.

Certain products may be subject to legally permitted exclusions, including personalized, customized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or other products that cannot reasonably be returned.

2.Defective or Incorrect Products

If we send you a defective, damaged, or materially incorrect product, contact us at:

within 30 days of delivery, where reasonably possible.

Provide your order number and photographs or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.

We may offer:

Replacement;
Repair where appropriate;
Refund;
Store credit where legally permitted; or

3.Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible products returned because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

The original shipping charge may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

4.Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The timing of the credit appearing in your account depends partly on your bank or payment provider.

5.Products Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive, contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfillment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.

6.Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe your payment information was used without authorization, contact us immediately and contact your financial institution or payment provider.

7.FTC Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe promised to you, or within the applicable federal timeframe when no timeframe was promised, we will provide notices and refund/cancellation options as required by applicable law.

The FTC’s rule requires sellers who cannot meet promised shipping times to notify customers and, depending on the circumstances, obtain consent to a delay or provide a prompt refund. (Federal Trade Commission)

8.Return Address

Do not return products without receiving return instructions.

Because ProbSolvGadgets uses third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, the correct return address may differ from the address on the shipping package.
